PR Workflow not triggered for only 1 line item

Hello Community,

I have this PR with 3 line items where only for 2 line items the Workflow was triggered, for one of them there is not trace of any WF. When I go and check the Workflow overview I see nothing about this item, so what I see is the WF log for items 10, 20 but nothing for item 30. The difference between this line item and the others is the Cost Centre.

In SWIA I only see the work item for the line items 10 and 20 but no for 30 as explained above. If I check the Release strategy for this item I see the correct information has been derived i.e. I see the correct processor name.

This WF is using object type BUS2009 with RELEASESTEPCREATED.

This WF configuration is not new but we just found out this issue.

Do you have any suggestion on what else to check?

Hi Bernal,

I would double-check the release strategies to ensure that the Cost Centre you mentioned is included in your release strategy configuration.

Are you using SAP-delivered WF, or custom WF?
