CCO SAP ByDesign - manage 'eco participation' tax in CCO

Hi experts,

In France we have a for some products a tax called 'eco participation' which is mandatory on the receipt. In fact, we have to present on the receipt for the customer : material, quantity, the unit gross price of the material, sub total and 'included xx euros for eco participation' (unit eco participation * quantity).

How do you manage this in CCO, it's a legal requirement.

Hi Laure,

Sales receipts in SAP Customer Checkout mainly contain the following data:

  • Type: Sales receipt
  • Status
    • New
    • Posted
    • Parked
    • Returned
    • Canceled
    • Partially returned
    • (Open - special case in Table Management mode)
    • (Delete - special case in Table Management mode)
  • Reference to day-end closing
  • Posting date
  • Amounts (gross/net/tax)
  • Payment amounts (gross/net/tax)
  • Discounts
  • Sales items
  • Payment items
  • Tax entities
  • Customer
