How to eliminate error 'Enter Reason for Ordering' while creating Auto PO through ME59N ?

Error 'Enter Reason for Ord. (ME8300)' for Auto PO.

Hi,

Seems the reason for ordering field is made mandatory in the field selection configuration. You may check the below options:

• If the field is configured as mandatory for all cases, you may change it back at tcode level and maintain as mandatory for ME21N and optional for ME59N.
• If its at document type level and if you have a specific document type for auto PO, you may maintain it as optional for the specific document type field selection settings.
