Hi expert,
I want to know regarding relation BRF+ and Request type. Here some brief information regarding my case :
1. I'm already create1 workflow for access request on MSMP that have approval (for request Type 1 and 2)
2. I want to create new MSMP workflow for Req type 127 without approval at all. On this new workflow I dont create any stagging because I want to create 1 request type without approval.
But, every time I create request with req type 127 (role transfer)
MSMP always go to route same with req type 1 and 2 (with approval)
Did I miss something ? How I can make MSMP to detour with my new BRF+ (without approval) ?
*I'm still new with MSMP. I'm open any better suggestion how I can make some Request type without approval.
Thank you
Best Regards,
Hendy

Dear Madhu,
Thank you for your response. I'm already try your sugestion to fill line item key with ITEMNUM
But, the error is still the same
I dont know why MSMP still use Z_BRF_ACCESS_REQUEST_0, even though I already create new BRF+ for specific request type.
Is something wrong with my configuration ?
Did I miss something ?
Thank you

Hi Madhu,
Thank you for your help. I'm Already can solve my problem.
What I do is just use same BRF+ (Z_BRF_ACCESS_REQUEST_0) and add the rule result without any staging and direct to certain request type (127)
But, I have another issue regarding my another workflow that need approval. Every time I want to approve my access request, it's always ask username and password again ?
I'm already check my task setting, and for checkbox reaffirm approve is not active
Is there any configuration I'm missing ?
Thank you
Best Regards,
Hendy
