There are many transactions related to SAP Quality Inspection Stock, did you (at least) already try transaction such as QA11, QA32 or MIGO?

Execute QA32 first to get list.

Did you look for any how-to documents in forum, or is there someone with some basic knowledge on MM in you company?

We Don't have Any MM Consultant Team in our company hence we should only fix the issues whether it is Technical Or Funtional. If You Could Help Me With Some Documentations It will Be Great.
