problem while creating order in pm05 screen

step1-filled all the necessary fields in iw31 the screen appear like this

step 2- unnecessary field appearing,I have checked the breakdown and malfend time

step 3- After releasing the screen shows this

i have gone through t-oko7 settlement rule

i am finding anything.
