SUM can not create service SAPXXX_02 with sapstartsrv @ PREP_INSTALL/SHDINST_OS

Upgrading with migration to HANA DB from Windows / SQL Server , SUM has stopped as below @

PREP_INSTALL/SHDINST_OS with Severe error(s) occurred in phase

EXECUTING F:\usr\sap\XXX\SUM\abap\exe\sapstartsrv.exe -r -q -p F:\usr\sap\XXX\SUM\abap\system\XXX\SYS\profile\XXX_DVEBMGS02_ABC-AXXXCH099 -s XXX -n 02 -U domain\SAPServiceXXX -P <HIDDEN> -e domain\xh1adm Cannot install service. CreateService failed: 421 The account name is invalid or does not exist, or the password is invalid for the account name specified. SAPup> Process with PID 8 terminated with status -1 at 20190404145404!

Can not create the service , I have checked the password for domain@SAPServiceXXX , it is ok , running with other services ,

I can configure the above service, SAPXXX_02 manually with sapstartsrv.exe -t command prompt , but how can I skip SUM step to continue ?

Hi Mamun.

1. SAP SIDADM & SAPServiceSID part of local administrator group?

2. Is it possible do the full system restart and then retry the SUM phase.
