How can I submit an incident for CAL?
It is not listed under products/installations. I have a valid license.

you can create an incident on component BC-VCM-CAL (via https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#incident).
Alternatively, you can also post your question here, maybe it can be answered in the forum as well.
