SAP Copilot 404 Not found error

Hello Experts,

We are trying to configure SAP HANA Copilot for S4 HANA 1709.

After installing the web dispatcher and configuring the proxy we are trying to access the copilot through our Copilot URL: https://*****.us2.hana.ondemand.com/

This link redirects us to the following link: http://<ip of backend system(S4HANA)>:<port>/sap/saml2/idp/sso/<client> with a "This site can't be reached" error.

When we directly try connecting to the copilot config URL: http://<ip of backend system(S4HANA)>:<port>/copilot/config we are getting the "404 Not Found" error.

Kindly help on how we can resolve this issue.

Please continue on a Support incident of this issue, because it needs to be deeper analyzed from the Product Support.
