SPL check failing

Hi experts,

I have SPL entry as follows but simulation of general address doesn't find a match. Any ideas? (the word is not excluded)

Hello Nishant,

We're using GTS (no TREX, no HANA). For Search Term Origin " N1 - Name", here are the settings:

Search Term 70.00 %

Search Term Origin - A (Comparison Index Contained in the Keyword from Address)

Originating Feature 51.00 %

Display Base Value - (Only Number of Terms in Each SPL Name) Regards, Satish

• Which search algorithm are you using (TREX, HANA, GTS)
• What is the configuration for the match percentage
