Dear SAP Experts,

For Manage RFQs APP in S4 hana 1709 , what is the standard Workflow for this App , As there is no Flex workflow there!

how can trigger Workflow on create RFQ

Ghadeer,

The WS00800302 is the right one for RFQ.

When you activate this one, you can maintain flexible workflows in the app.
I personally have the problem that it does not start anyway. The determined approver

is displayed in the RFQ document bottom but the RFQ is never approved.

Hi,

Please refer to below SAP note to activate workflow for supplier quotation.

1. Make sure that you have followed all the steps in Fiori library.
2. Please, access your backend and go to transaction SPRO -> SAP NetWeaver -> Application Server -> Business Management -> SAP Business Workflow -> Flexible Workflow -> Scenario Activation. Click "New entries", add scenarios WS00800193 and WS00800302, and check "Active".
