OutBound Call from 3rd Party System to CTI to Live Activity Screen not coming!

Hi Team ,


This is about CTI integration which is now working . This out of box feature allows incoming calls from 3rd Party system ( through GET CALLS) to reach CTI adapter and further reach C4C ( Live activity ) and provide the customer details if ph number matches within C4C . This is already achieved .Data of client can be saved as INBOUND Call . ANI field is the incoming ph number as you know the deciding factor to lookup in C4C.

But now the subsequet requirement is to send Out Going call details from 3rd party system ( just like incoming scenerio ) and to C4C via CTI adapter and provide the client details . This time this needs to save in C4C as OUTBOUND .

Question :Is this at all a feasible requirement ? Can this be possible at all ? if yes pls advice.

Please note I have already checked blogs like this : https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3899696. My requirement is ounbound from 3rd party not NOT C4C .

This is outbound originating from C4C . My requirement is Outbound from 3rd party into C4C as a CTI pop up .
