Define Customer attributes -> DDIC table creation unclearness

Dear friends, I have recently started configuring Process management from solman setup. When I came 4.5 part to 'maintain customer defined document attributes' transaction SMDCAM, standart information for this step states that for 'table', 'field' fields I have to Enter the ID of a DDIC table or DDIC structure and a field of this table or structure. Do I have to create this table and field or do I have to add existing ID of DDIC table and field? and what are the steps for this activity?

Hello Azizjon, please check the SAP note 2549970, especially section 2.5.

Also consider the SAP recomendation to start with "normal" customer attributes which are created in transaction SMUD_MODEL_WIZARD, unless you have the special requirement to store the information together with the KW documents in the KW.
