SAP B1 9.1 A/R Copy to functionality disappear option

Dear Experts,

We are using SAP B1 9.1 and facing the below issue.
When the user tries through "Copy To" functionality to add an A/P Invoice, the option of Sales Order, Delivery Note and quotation are not appeared. Could you please advise us?

Hi,

It is system behaviour to display the relevant document types at the Copy To multi-button.

It is also quite normal that you can copy between Sales AR documents or Purchase AP documents. In your example, AP Invoice can't be copied to ANY sales documents thus it is normal that you won't have Delivery / Sales Invoice, etc.
