T-Code MCSI, Billing number not fetched

Dear All,

In T-Code MCSI with reference to one billing document number records not fetched, but with other billing document records fetched. Please suggest, Thanks in advance.

Observation

  1. Sales area and Company code is same for both billing documents.
  2. Customer statistical group maintained
  3. Material master statistical group maintained.
  4. ***Table VBRK - STAFO (update group) 1 not found for un-fetched billing in T-Code MCSI
  5. S980 info structure showing Asynchronus updating (2)
  6. Info structures are S980, S981

If you check the LIS configuration, it will be both at header level and item level. Check whether you set at item level.

Sure, I will use comment section.

  1. Previously T-Code MCSI working fine with billing number.
  2. Billing type F2, statistical configuration done again, after executing T-Code OLI9, billing document number not updated with 1 in table (VBRK-STAFO)
  3. In T-Code MCVV customer info structure S980 not found, how to get it here.

The root cause is 4th point you listed. Check why that particular billing document is blank for statistical group. Try to insert the value and execute oli9

Dear Lakshmipathi Sir,

Thank you very much for your solution, One more configuration observation was billing type F2 table TVFK - STATI (Statistical) tick was removed.

With out above missing configuration, Table level need to insert value and execute T-Code OLI9. If, I am wrong correct me. Thanks in advance.
