Can I create a custom Alert in the "Alerts" situated below "Details" Tab in Fiori view of C4C?

Hi Experts,
We see a new tab named Alerts has been introduced in the fiori view (Attached below image for reference)

Can we create a custom alert here? Which BO does this refer? I explored the screens but couldn't find much.

    In reference to your screen shot and based on the information i could gather this is more possibly the alerts that are being sent from ISU to C4C.

    Please Check : Utilities Contact Center

    To add custom alerts you might need to implement a PDI BADI

    Enhancement Implementation -Utilities360facetObjectHierarchyOverview
    Result Data –result.Utilities360Highlight ->add more highlights
