Crystal FWM 01014

HI,

Our Crystal report Server (SAP Business Objects) had an unsheduled restart and now seems to of reset back to "new". When i tried load the database of reports on CMC i get teh following error:

• Unable to find servers in CMS GTC-REPSRV01.greentomatocars.com:6400 and cluster @GTC-REPSRV01.greentomatocars.com with kind fileserver and service FileStoreV2. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)
• Unable to find servers in CMS GTC-REPSRV01.greentomatocars.com:6400 and cluster @GTC-REPSRV01.greentomatocars.com with kind fileserver and service FileStoreV2. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)

Please assist
