Crystal Report 13_0_20 Export to PDF truncates text in pdf file.

Hello SAP,

My .NET web application (4.6.1) generating Crystal reports using 13_0_20 version to generate the report and also to export report to PDF format. Data displayed on the crystal report viewer is fine (after changing rendering DPI from 96 to 120 in the crystal report viewer properties) . But, now after exporting it to PDF is truncating the text in both Text_Objects and Field_Objects. I have noticed this only in the Windows 2012 R2 (Web server) and Windows 7(client PC). It's working fine in my development PC Windows 10 (until i uninstall "Microsoft Print to PDF" software from my PC -- later have same truncation issue in Windows 10 also).

I tried to install "Microsoft Print to PDF" and it's not supporting in Windows 2012 R2 Server.

Other solutions i tried is Changing the registry values for PDF export, applying can grow property etc. still no luck.

Is this really something to do with the PDF printer driver ? could you please assist on this?

Try a real printer and check on Dissociate and see if that works.
