Problem with production order service layer

Hi,

I have a problem with a production order send by service layer. I send the production order and it is created in SAP, then I generate the issue for production (in service layer) of that order but it gives me the error:

You cannot add document; you can only issue 0.00 Unit of item 'ItemName' in warehouse 'WHName'

It seems like the planned quantity is 0 units so don't allow to issue 12 units.

3. If I fill the quantities and "Add" the issue for production, it gaves me the same error:

In SAP, if I change the planned quantity of the production order, and change it again to the right quantity and then try to generate the issue for production document, the problem is solved.

Could it be a bug? Please help me.
