Recurring Price Calculation in CC

Hi Experts,

From CRM recurring condition records of a product [XYZ] are replicated to CC as Mapping Table[Price Table] with

-> Prod Guid as Mapping Table ID

-> Cond Rec number as Identifier

-> Cond Rec Object ID becomes Price.Key

-> Cond rec amount becomes amount

Now when a provider contract is created from CRM with prod [XYZ] which is having the CCM- Charge Plan assigned, then how CC calculates the recurring fee from the Product Mapping Table with which price key to reach a particular recurring value.

In a CC mapping table[Price Table] of a prod can contain multiple price key having different price. When recurring event is triggered, how the CC charge/charge/price plan identifies which price table to be used with which pricekey.

Do i need to create two parameters in the charge plan , one for the product guid and one for the price key and when the provider contract is created in crm to fill these two fields with appropriate value and send to cc.

Then CC can use these two parameters and use a designed price macro to reach a particular recurring value?

Is this is the approach? Could some expert advise here.

Thanks,

SP

Hello,

yes you can use parameter at the contract level in order to influence the rating (like recurring fees).

It means that you have to define your pricing logic accordingly .
