BEx restrict issue

Hi,

When we restrict a char in BEx Query Designer, right-click>restrict. I go to choose values or variables or history, That stays frozen. I can't choose from the list that usually appears. This occurence is for all BEx queries. I can't operate it the filter/restriction. The same ID on another computer can do the same without any issue. I checked the BEx version and SAP GUI version. Both computers have same installed. Excel versions are different though. Any clue why this is happening?

Hi Cleo.

1. In both computer SAPGUI & Bex SP level are same?

2. Ms office version are different but the is it 32 or 64 bit version?
