Central Finance is a separate component & functionality that needs to be installed on S/4 HANA finance module. Central Finance comes with a separate licensing. Also Central Finance functionality can be a part of S/4 HANA finance. CFIN deals with table to interface replication when initial load & replication handled through SLT. you can use SAP simplification list document for S/4 HANA finance . A separate mechanism exists for CFIN implementation. Hope this will help you.
