SAP B ONE License Server Cant Be Communicated,

Dear Sir,

I have a SAP B1 installed on a windows Server 2016 , SQL Server 2012.

I have 9.3 Client Setup installed on Local as well as remote Systems.

The System Runs Perfect on all Local Systems (Connected via lan )

While connecting the Server through remote location on IPSEC Firewall to Firewall VPN, I am Getting License Server not Reachable error.

I can Ping the SAP Server and Copy the Files of B1 Share Folder remotely.

All the Ports on The IPSEC Tunnel are open.

Please guide me to resolve the problem.

Hi,

Your question itself has the answer!

License server is reachable via LAN and not via IPSEC, which is clearly tells that the communication using IPSEC has the issue.

Check the firewall logs for any ports or applications/ exes was blocked!

By the way, we had numerous discussion about accessing SBO over WAN/VPN/Remote locations, etc. I advise you to search the website for more idea!
