Good Morning Experts,
Ran Dunning(F150) for 4 customers. All of them created a dunning notice. Only one of the customer master records were updated. I reran F150 on those customers that didn't update. A notice was created again. I understand why. The customer master didn't update, therefore it doesn't think it had been dunned. What could be going on that the customer master on some customers didn't update. They are all using the same procedure.
In addition, we have changed our Smartform to email the Notice if address exists in the customer master record. Therefore the letter might not print. I have been reading the customer master won't update if it doesn't print. The print log does appear to go through a "Print phase" even though technically it's not printing. Any suggestions on updating the master record if it's sent via email?
