Toggle Button & Popups in SAP ANALYTICS CLOUD

Hello Experts,

Is it possible to create a toggle button and Popups in SAC?

As I did not find any option of creating it in SAC but in this below link they have provided how it can be done but same component does not exist in SAC I am using, Can any one tell how can I get this?
