CTI Integration issue ( Basic connectivity between C4C and CTI )

Hi Experts ,

I would like to Connect to C4C CTI through a 3rd party dialler .

3rd Party Dialler ------- ( C Sharp Code ) ----> C4C CTI Adapter ---> C4C System .

I have gone through several links however need answer two different questions .

1. Can we do it at all ?

2. I filled up the CTI adapter with the following inputs :

2. I then checked in C4C system , the number got reflected, but it could not identify the user - The user is already in the system .

this link said OK in by chrome browser

What am I doing wrong ? why is the user not getting identified - both caller and receiver ph numbers are registered in C4C .

Solved . Caller number 12345 should be in the system
