SAP PI AAE Error in HTTP_AAE Receiver Communication Channel

We are facing an issue with HTTP_AAE Receiver communication Channel.

The interface is like Proxy to HTTP Scenario and SAP PI version 7.5.

We are trying to send a test message from SAP PI "Send Test Message" Functionality. While processing the message we are getting the error "Exception caught by adapter framework: STATUS_CODE_NOT_OK- 500 Internal Server Error"

I did search on earlier posts but couldnt find any solution. Please Advise.

I understand this the way to authenticate in this service is by using a client authentication certificate. Only for discard a possible problem, take a ping test on the receiver communication channel...

You said that a signed document is sent, does this signature stay in an XML tag? Is the signature correct? The receiving system may respond with an error if the signature is incorrect for example.

Hi Rajev,

If possible, could you put the print with the entire error log? If you send this same XML using some other client (soap ui for example), do you get the same error too?

Hi Alexandre,

Yes we also tested with the SOAP UI and its the same error. Just to mention, We are sending a signed document to the receiver. they are not using the User authentication, just the certificate based authentication is there. i have attached the full error log screenshot and also the channel configuration.

we have sent the XML to client and they tested that in their system, its working fine so i think there should not be any issue with the document.

Is there any possibility if its the issue with Certificate?
