Hi Y. T. Ho
Issue has been resolved by making changes in default.pfl profile, and activating all important /sap/bc/* services in SICF, and taken restart of java system. 🙂 thanks

Hi, can you add a print screen. Sometimes the actual service is even mentioned in the screen. Maybe you can also perform an ST01 trace?

Hi Nilesh,
it should not be a problem, also not related to the browser. However, check your system settings wether it is allowed to open a browser (SAP Gui options, security).
Try testing your SICF service /sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_sise_main_app. It should direct you the solman setup page.
Maybe it's related to the autorizations. Use the user admin console ( <your domain>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_sise_centralusermgmt?SCENARIO=X) and look for the default admin user for the SAP default roles (including SAP_SETUP_BASIC).
Hope it helps. With kind regards,
Yee-Tee
