I created a new gas rate with Price operand category [QPRICE] and operand Access [ALL Operand Values] effective 01-Mar-2019.
In billing period started on Feb-2019 and ended Mar-2019; the quantity of gas got pro-rated, portion for allocated to Feb and another portion allocated to March, based on total number of days in the billing period.
I couldn’t verify how FM [ISU_QUANTITY_PRORATE_PRE] calculated each portion.
I’m trying to put a formula in Excel file to mimic the calculation done by FM [ISU_QUANTITY_PRORATE_PRE].
