A PR has been converted into a Scheduling Agreement but it still appears as Open PR in txn code ME5A

Hi Experts,

I have a purchase requisition which has been converted into a Scheduling Agreement but it still appears as Open PR in txn code ME5A, could you please suggest as to why it's like this.

Moreover I see the same PR if I execute ME5A for both Open and Closed PR details.

Kindly suggest as to what could be the reason.

Hi,

Seems the status is incorrect in the PR. Please run the correction report RM06HL04 in SE38 with data base update for the PR and check whether the status is updated in the PR Item level - Status tab. If its updated, reports also will show correctly.

Hi Varun, Prasoon,

did it work for your case? We have a similar problem here while creating a SA with reference to the PR. The closing indicator is not set automatically and MRP run doesn't delete the PR (due to status update and linking to SA).
