good morning, I have a WS of ProductionBillOfMaterialManagementIn, when I execute it, it gives me the error "Object requested is currently locked by user K95L06H8DMP". Anyone else has happened?

Hello Manu,

If you executing it through SOAP try to take the document IT and ask this user to open it, make a dummy change, save and close it. This way the lock should be gone.

Cheers.

It is not running the MDR, if I do not execute it with the MDR, it also tells me that it is blocked.

Hi Manu,

User 'K95L06H8DMP' is Technical ID of a User in your system. This means that the Object you are trying to access is currently Open and in Edit Mode by that user. The Object doesn't support Multiple Users (or One User in Multiple Screens) in Edit Mode but can however be open in Overview Mode.

Take a look at this KBA too: 2541804

Hope this helps!

Hi Cian,

Yes, that user is me and I'm blocking myself, but I do not understand why I'm blocking myself. This morning I have done a test calling the WS from an MDR, outside of where I have to use it, and it gives me the same error.

Thanks for the help.

If the MDR is still running, it locks Multiple Objects at the same time depending on how its configured. You should only run MDRs during downtime when there are no Users accessing the System as a best practice. You can check if the MDR is still running in:
