Hi All,

We have maintained constant value to owner in administrator > mashup authoring for Url mashup.

not sure why there are two "owner id" sowing in url.

Please advice if there is way to control this or resolve this issue.

Thanks

Hi Rishikesh,

The reason I requested for removal of owner parameter was to check if you are getting additional owner "&Owner=&Owner="even if you deleted owner parameter from extract parameter.

I see that you have created standard URL mashup via Administrator > business flexibility > Mash up Authoring. And now want to remove the marked in yellow additional "&Owner=&" from the URL. Please correct me if I am wrong.

In general, multiple query parameter are separated by the ampersand "&".So, there is an additional owner parameter being passed on to it from some source.

Please can you check with the Mash up >Configuration Information>URL field you have provided has an owner parameter with "&" ampersand. Secondly, check with the extract parameters, if you are passing multiple owner parameter i.e. for both opportunity & account .Once you find out the source where the additional owner parameter is being generated you can remove it .

Thanks & Regards

Hi Gaurav,

I did as per your note to remove the "Owner" from parameter, now the url does not have any Owner at all. this field is missing now.

Also, i have checked the URL link provided for this mashup - it does have single owner field to it. "https://saleXxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.com/CECIntegration/?OpportunityId=AGxxCxxx&OpportunityName=AGCxx&CurrencyCode=EUR&Owner=anton&Account=Cxxxxx0-B&Application=0200&ServiceType=100⪻ojectType=3&ServiceTypeFine=102&ObjectType=2&EndUser=ACxxxxxxxx1"

Also, i observed the Usage i have account_TI, not sure how this is showing as the binding port is opportunity Info. Please advice if this could be the reason for owner getting in url twice. if yes, Please tell me how i can fix this...

Thank You

Hi Rishikesh,

I believe the owner that is available is now of account after you have removed the Opportunity owner from extract parameter.Currently, I am limited with details with bindings that you have used for mashup authoring. Please can you check the port binding are correct. As a suggestion, try removing the port binding and then add, save & activate it again.

Hi Rishikesh,

Please check with the BO "Action Script" from where the url is being triggered. Also, check with the HTML script url that you have provided, if any.

As a suggestion, in mashup remove the current owner parameter you are passing and then check if the owner url you are passing or comment out the action script url to test it out .

(There is not much details provided on what actually you have done to achieve HTML mashup, but I am answering it based on experience with the same issue. This answer above is based on assumption of same scenario.)

Thanks & Regards

Hi Gaurav,

We have not done any SDK on this as of now. URL mashup is created as standard in Administrator > business flexibility > Mash up Authoring. and is added to the Opportunity screen.

If i remove the owner parameter then, i would not be able to maintain the constant value to this field. Hence i still need this field.

Please let me if u need more information on this,

Thanks
