Character Encoding Issue during XMLtoCSV Conversion - SAP CPI

Hi All,

Address field that is being sent from Source System contains value in Greek language as shown below

<Address2>Μακρυγιάννη</Address2>

I am using XMLtoCSV converter step in CPI , to generate an CSV file . I can see that XMLtoCSV converter step is changing the Address field values to : <Address2>???????????</Address2>

Any idea , how to handle this encoding issue .

Closing this discussion as it was an issue in the (groovy script was not handling character encoding) step before XMLtoCSV converter
