Drill down in SAP BO 4.2 SP 04

Hello There,

Please guide me in below reporting scenario

I have created hierarchy in the universe. (Book Type >> Book name >> Book Sheet Name >> Sheet Cell Name).

and i am looking for the result as below. as we drill the complete hierarchic has to be present into the report.

Also the delta between the Book Names (ABC, PQR) has to be implemented all the places(regardless of what drill level you are in).

Please find below cross tables for your quick reference.
