Make Multiple A/P Invoice based on 1 goods receipt PO .

Hello, Can i create 2 A/P Invoices based on 1 goods receipt PO . will it effect accounts? Inventory?

Hi

you can do it.

The inventory account won't be affected if you do not change the item price in the invoice document.

To do, search your goods receipt, and COPYTO purchase invoice. Modify the amounts according the documents and save it. When you receive a new purchase invoice, repeat the process.

I made 2 invoices as per Goods Receipt PO. but it doubled the Quantity of items Listed in 2nd A/P invoice.
ex: i 1 made goods receipt of 5 mouse and 4 keyboards. and made 1 invoice for 5 mouse and second invoice for 4 keyboards. it doubled the quantity of 4 keyboards to 8 keyboards. Help !

Hi

did you copy the invoice from the goods receipt? Or did you create the invoice with no previous document?

The esiest solution is copying the invoice to a return invoice with the 4 keyboards.

yes i copied 1 invoice from previous doc. but it was not giving an option to copy again. so i created it manually. and above query happened.
