C4C pop up screen to be available in 3rd party

System A -> HCI -> System B ( C4C )

Design requirement - on request from source system A - a pop up comes in from B which is C4C . Need to do some entries - SAVE . And the data gets saved in C4C . Can this be achieved via HCI middleware?

Hi Arnab Mondal3,

If I understood correctly, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (earlier called HCI) can't give you a pop up in B. You can pass the data from A via HCI but at receiver side you need to check how a pop up can be given and save data. HCI is a middleware to exchange messages but can't control UI at sender or receiver side.
