All existing Datasources are not visible while doing replication under ODP Source System

Hello Everyone,

We have recently migrated to S4hana & BW7.5 on Hana , Our basis team has maintained different logical system name pre & post migration. when we are trying to connect S4hana as source system to BW ,we are not able to configure with already existing source system connection in BW due to different logical name post migration.When a new source system connection is created under ODP ,all the previously existing data sources is missing when we try to replicate datasources under ODP source system.

How to get the non ODP data-sources which existed before migration under ODP source system ?

Appreciate your valuable guidance in this regard.

You probably need to ODP enabled the concerned data dources.

Dear Frederic,

Thanks for your prompt support. Now I can able to replicate all Z* DS's under ODP source as per SAP note 2232584.

Can you please clarify me below questions.It would be very helpful to me.

1.Can we run the same report RODPS_OS_EXPOSE in production system or we do it in development and transport all the data sources to production system.

2. Do we required to recreate all the transformations and DTP's in production system after replication even we maintained the same logical name under ODP source. Before migration we have created RFC connection under SAP. Can we convert source from SAP to ODP without recreating all DS's and Transformations and DTP's?

3. What about delta's Do we need to delete existing delta's and reinitialize the new delta for all DS's due to covertion of the source from SAP data source to ODP data source.
