Sales Office(VBAK-VKBUR) not getting copied from CRM to ECC condition tables

Hi Experts,

The condition tables are created in CRM and are flown in ECC.

Everything is fine, except the VBAK-VKBUR which is getting populated as blank.The corresponding field for VKBUR in CRM is SALES_OFFICE.

Can you please help me on this?

If we check in SLG1 in CRM, I see below error,

Mapping for field VKBUR = O 50 (GUID = ???) is not possible Message No. CND_EXCHANGE_FROM_R3016 Diagnosis Mapping for field VKBUR = O 50 (GUID = ???) is not possible. System Response You tried to convert the contents of the VKBUR field from the value of the CRM System (GUID = ???) into the corresponding value of the R/3 System. This was not possible. The respective data record cannot be processed in the R/3 System for this reason. Procedure Make sure that the object that is behind the key value (GUID) ??? of the VKBUR field (e.g. Business Partner), is known in both CRM and in the R/3 System. You can find the field names for the CRM System in CRM in the CND_MAPC_CNV_FLM or CND_MAPM_CNV_FLM tables. You want to determine the record with REMOTE_FIELD = VKBUR. The LOCAL_FIELD field contains the name of the corresponding field in the CRM System.

I am very new to CRM hence no clue where to check.

Any help on this will be highly appreciated,

It seems more related to synchronization of condition master data.
