Hi all,
that may sounds stupid, but I dont understand why my material changed automatically from q-status to free status after I completed the inspection lot with ud-code 01 which is customized like the screenshot in attachment.
I expect that I have to do this manuel, because I didnt fill in "Posting in UD" and "Background" anything.
Or can maybe be the reason that I posted in usage decision in inspection lot stock all quantity to unrestricted use (free status) and the system change this quantity of this material automatically to free, no matter what my ud-code says ?
Hope for an answer.
Best Regards
Hello,
To avoid unwanted step of posting the stock, an additional UD code with description (Auto stock posting) can be introduced and VMENGE01 To unrestricted use can be set in Posting proposal UD.
In transaction QS51 selected the code group then go to codes and maintain a proposal against each code tick the stock screen background.
If you set this indicator, the stock quantity is automatically posted in accordance with the stock posting proposal in the usage decision code, when you save the usage decision.
Please refer this blog on it,

Hello R.Brahmankar,
thank you for your answer and sorry for my late reaction.
I dont understand why you wrote, that I should use VMENGE01 and mark the checkbox background.
I found out, that the UD post everything to stock independent if you set / not set e.g. VMENGE01 in "Posting proposal UD".
Can I maybe create a code like VMENGE01 and dont fill movement types to avoid posting?
Otherwise the userexit QEVA0001 is of interest
Hello,
Please share screen shot of QS51.
Have you set the checkbox background.?
If this indicator is active and you do a usage decision with this UD code, the stock will be posted automatically.
If you don't want automatic posting of stock then untick Stock screen backgr inicator and do the new UD and check it again.
Best Regards,
R.Brahmankar
