Please provide more detailed about your question.

Transaction code CS01 is used to create a bill of material (BOM) mainly used for production, sales, engineering and costing purpose dirrerent BOM usage.

Hello,

Check the material master 1417 in MM03 transaction, in Additional data tab do you have defined the EA as unit of measure?

Maintain alternative Unit of Measure as EA with conversion formula in transaction code MM02 also check Work scheduling or plant data 1 view, maintain "Unit of issue" as same as alternative Unit of Measure EA.

After that if you create the BOM in CS01 then it should work.
