How to configure ticket routing rule by territory based on ticket type

Hi,

I want to configure ticket routing rule by territories based on ticket type. How can I achieve this? I add the value in ticket type column but I cannot find the territories column although I have territories management enabled in fine-tuning.

Hi Chandara,

Ideally, the Territory ID column should be available under Ticket Routing Rules by Organization or Territory in your case. Could you attach a screenshot if possible to understand what is the issue here?
