SRM PO Value is different when doing SES

Dear experts,

And end user created SC and PO with a value. As you can see below

However this value has been replaced for a different value in the PO.

Even in ECC when we display the PO, the PO value in the header is the originial value (the right one) and the Service value is different (with the wrong one)

We thought maybe a contract was assigned but no contract assigned.

    Hi Patrick,

    Based on your screen shots, the SES is posted directly in ECC, not by a SRM service confirmation. Could you please clarify?
