Unable to Transport Translation for a Class text symbol

Hello Experts, Created a Proxy Class and inside one method created a text symbol in English. Then in translation maintained the text symbol in French label. Its in Green color in Dev.

Now once I am trying to transport the Transport Request to QA, it is getting transported and I am able to see translations in QA in the same way as stated above. But it is in Yellow color which means its unactive. In Web UI, also it is not reflecting in French (Its used in Message panel). PF 3 screenshot. (its self-explanatory). Question is how to make it as green in QA?
