Data Workbench - Migrate Sales Quote

Hello,

I want to replicate Sales Quote, but I only need the "Sales Quote" and "Sales Quote Items" files. I exported these two files and I edit and the first "Sales Quote" was imported correctly, but the second "Sales Quote Items" wasn't imported. And the errors that appear are: "Creating data not possible; creation disabled" and "ParentObjectID is not provided for Sales Quote Items". Can you help me?

Thank you,

André Luís

    Hello André,

The reasons for the first error message ("Creation not possible") are generally caused by inconsistencies in the data that is being fulfilled. For example, it may happen that total price data (such as net price, gross price, etc) is present for an internal quote (which is not supported). Another reason may be that QuoteID and SalesQuoteExternalKey are provided in the template at the same time (when only one of these should be provided). Also please make sure that the Item ID is provided if you are trying to update already existing items in the quote.

Regarding the error message related to ParentObjectID, this information generally comes with the file that is exported from the data workbench. If you are just using an insert operation from a blank template (without other items that already exist in the quotes), you can export the sales quote itself to find the objectID that must be informed in the sales quote items file.

I hope this helps you with the migration.

    Kind regards,

    Leonardo
