Fiori Factsheet App Role's Assignment

Hi Experts,

As Factsheet App doesn't have tile i.e. it is displayed in search functionality of Fiori Launchpad, hence the corresponding PFCG role can't be created which can be assigned to user's.

So,how to assign a particular set of Factsheets App to only particular set of user's ?

All standard fact sheet apps have business roles which need to be assigned to users. These business roles are internally mapped to the corresponding catalogs which hold the target mappings for the respective fact sheet apps.

For e.g., consider the Purchase Order fact sheet app. This app requires the business role SAP_BR_PURCHASER to be assigned to the user; the role contains the business catalog SAP_PRC_BC_PURCHASER_PO which holds the target mapping for the purchase order fact sheet app.

So without assigning the proper business role you might be able to search for the fact sheet apps where the search results get displayed, but you won't be able to select any search result to open the corresponding fact sheet app.
