Hi,
I am creating a report in crystal cross tab where i am displaying hourly average values like below:
HRS Values
7-8 10
8-9 12
However, there can be more than one value in an hour like for 7-8 it can have 2 values so i am calculating hourly average and it displays the average value for that hour.
Now, I want to calculate the maximum/minimum value of the populated average value how can we do that
could you please help me in solving this problem.
Thanks for your support and understanding!
Regards,
Afshaan
Hi Afshaan,
1. What is the exact version of Crystal Reports (Go to Help > About > version number)
2. Could you post a mock-up of how you want the crosstab to display the Min/Max averages?

Hi Afshaan,
The version of CR you're using does not support adding calculated columns, unfortunately.
If you do, however, upgrade to CR 2008 or later, you could take a look at the solution I posted here:

Hi Abhilash,
CR Vesrrion is : 11.0.0.1282
Below is the current cross tab report snapshot.
It is currently getting hourly average value.
I want the average/min/max between the populated values from lets say 79.75 to 61.53,so it should display 61.53 as min but currently its checking all values in the database between the hours and getting the value which is not been populated.(due to hourly average value ).
Could you please help!
Thanks for your support and understanding!
