End user get grabled characters in SAP GUI (Japanse environment)

Hi SAP Guru,

Have anyone ever seen the issue as screen copy showing , end user see the garbled characters from menu of SAP. It's in Japanese environment.

Can you please remove the "SAP Fiori" tag. This has nothing to do with SAP Fiori.

Please refer to Japanese characters are garbled on SAP GUI logon screen after connected to Non-Unicode system

and advise if this solves the issue.
