PPM's incorrect in APO.

Hi, moorning.

I have some issues when i create production orders in ECC, when i view that order in APO i realice that doesnt have the correct PPM PP DS, For example:

I create a production order in ECC with the follow values:

Location: PC07

Material: 0000001

Qty: 1000

When i view that order in APO i see with this values.

Location: PC07

Material: 0000001

Qty: 1000

PPM PPDS i view: 00000001PC01

PPM PPDS i need: 00000001PC07

In Reviewed TX using filters in /N/sapapo/SCC03 to know how many PPM PPDS exist in PC07, and only exist 1 (00000001PC07), i dont know why is taking (00000001PC01) when i create orders in ecc.

I hope somebody could help me.

thanks in advance.

Best regards.

Hello,

Does production order created at plant PC07 or PC01?

Also check if you are using the production in alternative plant here.

What happen if you create the PPDS planned order in APO does it pickup right PPM?

Hi R. Bramhmankar, thanks for you answer.

The production order that i had created was in plant PC07.

This situation appear in all material-location.

When i create planned orders (SNP) in APO with PPM's SNP, they use the correct PPM SNP, only i have issue when i create orders in ECC.

Can you help me to read the answer that i wrote to L. Vanam please?, i give more information about my scenario issue maybe it could give you more tools to help me :).

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

As you are using PPM as a source of supply then Plan Explosion = 2 Explode Production Process Model should be set in the product master.

If nothing is maintain in product master then system read the default values from customizing for PP/DS under Maintain Global Parameters and Default Values.

Also make sure that whenever manual production order create in ECC it should have valid production version assignment.

Hello.

I did the test you suggest me.

I havent solved my problem yet, for that reason i asked to sap with a ticket.

I found a similar issue note, the number is 811523.

But this note do not apply for my ussie because it is a solution for a older version.

Thanks for your help and attention.

When i solve my problem i will post the solution.

Hi,

It seems this a master data issue with the source of supply, delete the PPM PPDS and recreate new PPM from ECC and then check the production orders.

Hi Lingaiah, thanks for you answer.

I already delete and integrate again, while i was integrating i had an issue, that it was mention the Plan Explosion was inccorrect and i couldn´t integrate afther that when i changed plan explosion ussing number 2, i could to integrate fine.

Then i crate some productions orders from ECC, and i had some results.

I have a material in this case 3000179.

I have some locations PC01, PC03, PC05, PC07.

Each material-location have 1 o more PPM that has been transferred from ECC.

I dont have data inconsistencies.

When im using Plan Explosion: 2.

Each production orders that i created for each material-location, all are using ppm´s from PC01.

And the other hand when im using Plan Explosion: 5

All material-locations use ppm's from PC07.

According with your answer where i could change something about source of supply?.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards.

Julio Noyola.

Can you confirm the same product extended to all location (PC01, PC03, PC05, PC07)?

Create a material with only one location and transfer it to APO (PPM) and test the same case once again?

If all the settings are maintained properly still it updates different PPM, it might be something happening during the transfer of production from ECC to APO. I would suggest checking any enhancements developed during CIF transfer or debug the transfer process with a technical consultant.
