Sales orders not combined into single delivery (KDGRP same but system shows different in error log)

Hello,

we have four sales orders. All with same sold and ship to. customer group-KDGRP is same in all sales orders.

for three sales orders, one delivery is created. But in the same delivery, we entered the line item of 4th sales order, system did not allow to add the same in delivery and the error message says KDGRP 97<>98.?

since all sales orders have same sold to/ship to. why is the system showing different KDGRP ? I ave checked change logs in customer master and there is no changes to customer group ?
