Problems in creating a new client

Hello Experts,

Hoping someone will be able to help me out, I am trying to create a new client in my test system.

Using SALE I have Defined a Logical system:

and assigned to to a client with the following settings:

However when I log into Client 200 and run T-Code SCCL with the following settings:

And run as a background job with the following settings:

I run the RFC wizard that is prompted here:

Create a RFC connection and user, I am then prompted with a remote login screen:

On entering the password it seems to be trying to log in but then ends with the following error after a while:

I cannot seem to be able to find any details on what could be causing this, anyone have any thoughts on what could be causing this?

It has to have been working at some point as clients 100 and 110 where created at some point.

Any help would be really appriciated.

Issue seems to be caused by the RFC user account that the wizard creates by default, I suspect that not all the correct roles and permissions are being assigned to it. changing the user to my user account that has full access in client 000, allowed for the copy to commence.
